Act as a seller-side advisor by thoroughly understanding the Seller's business needs and current QMS. Prioritize and rank identified quality risks and potential gaps, providing crucial support and advice to address them. Assist in the preparation for integration to NN QMS, ensuring compliance with health authority requirements. Manage project milestones, activities, and resources for the successful integration of NN acquired assets. Act as a trusted partner build bridges with the acquired company.
