In this position you will play a key role in the department providing crucial support for the project managers, director, and our compliance manager. Some of your main tasks will be to:

Coordinate congress sponsorships with Healthcare Organisations (HCO) with different internal stakeholders across Global Medical Affairs

Coordinate contracts with external partners for grants, donations and sponsorships for e.g., scientific meetings, roundtables and study groups

Ensure oversight and follow-up of contracts to secure progress, coordinating with project managers, medical teams, compliance and legal

Keep status overviews up-to-date and ensure good data quality for reporting purposes

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

You have a finished university degree within administration or similar (e.g. Business Education, HD, Bachelor) and specific certification/course within project management is nice to have
