The position As a Junior Project Manager at ▶Novo Nordisk◀, you will be responsible for negotiating project resources with LoB management and manage these resources during project execution. Additionally, you will establish appropriate project governance together with the project owner, and report project performance to relevant stakeholders. You are also going to perform integrated change control on the projects, archive all key project data, close and evaluate the project, and ensure compliance with NN Quality Management System and PS Environmental, Health, and Safety Management system. Moreover, your key tasks will include:

Managing projects of low complexity and supporting projects of higher complexities.

Direct project execution, ensuring effective use of time and resources.

Create and develop project plans to drive clarity and order.

Monitor and control project work to keep end-product within scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
