The position As Project Manager in our CapEx department 25N Expansion Programme, you will be responsible for one or more important project work packages. Your main tasks include:
Initiating, executing, and finalizing projects within our established project execution framework
Managing a wide range of stakeholders both within Novo Nordisk and externally, with vendors
Acting as the crucial link between workgroups, steering groups, project owners, project governance, and key stakeholders
Finally, as a member of the team, we will encourage you to contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you:
Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in production, engineering or similar, coupled with practical experience in a comparable role
Show eagerness in utilizing project tools, implementing effective reporting mechanisms, and efficiently tracking project progress
