The position As our new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be area responsible for two newly established Senior Vice President areas, Global Trial Portfolio and Clinical Development & Project Leadership, both driving execution of Novo Nordisk clinical development activities. The majority of your time, you will drive complex recruitment processes from start to end within academic, specialist, and senior management levels aligned with the Novo Nordisk Way (our core values) and our diversity & inclusion principles. Most of the recruitments are characterized by complexity and scarce candidate pools - requiring a high degree of focus and perseverance.
