About the role
As a Scrum Master you will be part of driving the biggest backlog of Financial integrations we have yet seen in Novo Nordisk, in a team named Entity Builders. Your main responsibilities include:
• Support our Lead Product Manager in building backlog and tracking progress
• Foster improvements and facilitate the Entity Builders agile team to efficient delivery
• Keep track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary
• Help the team prepare and align expectations before and during events
• Be a change ambassador to drive the learning culture and agile mindset in Novo Nordisk

• Vast experience as Scrum Master working in an Agile team in a large and complex organization
• Experience working with SAP and/or Finance processes
• Experience in how to build and support a learning culture in Agile teams – increase knowledge, cut complexity and be innovative
• Good insights into the Agile practices e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and DevOps
