On this position, you will drive the adoption of Agile values in a context of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE). You will facilitate, coach, and continuously improve Agile methodologies across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation. Your key responsibilities will be to:

Take a partner and lead role for agile transformation as a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) representative.

Facilitate and train the organization to achieve an Agile mindset, values, and methodologies as well as role model techniques and behaviors.

Lead, mentor, and influence leadership teams on all levels to drive change and enable the organization to become value driven.

Take a lead role for driving features and improvements in Global LACE backlog and with full Novo Nordisk in scope.

Drive continuous improvement and scaling of the Agile methodology, tools and processes based on data and learnings captured in our teams.
