The position You will be part of the Technology Innovation management team, and you will refer to the VP heading the area and work closely with her management team. You will be an important player in engaging and supporting the area regarding practicalities, communication, culture & atmosphere. You task will be variated and could be:

Participate in management meetings and drive the agenda.

Support the VP management team with ad hoc. Tasks.

Support the area with internal communication tasks such as videos, SharePoint Sites, content for Yammer etc.

Support with onboarding of new employees.

Organize teambuilding, events and celebrations in close collaboration with the area assistant.

Facilitate and drive project planning workshops and project boards and contribute to Innovation Sprints.
