The Position As a Project Manager in our Validation Standards department, you will play a crucial role in developing and continuously improving a standard SAT execution model based on best practices within and outside of Novo Nordisk. • Assemble and lead a central SAT team to develop and define standards for SAT preparation, planning, and execution while keeping stakeholders informed and providing continuous guidance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates, issues, and risks to senior management.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
