Are you excited about shaking things up in asset management? Maersk is undergoing an all-encompassing transformation to deliver truly integrated logistics by providing end to end logistics services from ocean shipping and airfreight options to warehousing and landside transportation services. Specifically on asset management, the transformation aims to operationalize a holistic strategy across all asset classes that will improve the safety of our teams, increase reliability and customer satisfaction by ensuring asset availability, and optimize OPEX and CAPEX.
We're on the hunt for a Senior Transformation Partner who's ready to bring some fresh energy to our team. In this role, you'll work with the Asset Management leadership team to operationalise the functional strategies and be the driving force behind strategic initiatives that'll change the game in asset management, making things more efficient and setting us up for some serious growth. This position requires a mix of program management expertise, business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to frame up, execute, and drive resolution to complex issues.
