As an Engineering Project Manager, you will play an essential role in the successful implementation of a new technology standard that is the main connection between the warehouse facility and aseptic production, assembly, and packaging lines. We create the future standards for our new production facilities globally. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between our global organisation and the expansion project placed somewhere in the world. This will include working in collaboration with the counterpart in the local site, our strategic IL vendors, the QA validation team and the PMO organization. Other activities will include:
• Project management of tasks within your work package including design of future technical solutions and process flows, focusing on adherence to the IL standards and authority requirements.
• Coordination with a complex landscape of stakeholders across Novo Nordisk, consultants, and our preferred suppliers.
• Taking responsibility for getting global sites on board of the standardization journey, so we can design One standard and build many sites from the same design. ...
