The position
As a Strategy and Communications Partner, you will support implementation of strategy and tactical plans for Injectable Finished Products Aseptic Production in Hillerød (IFP HI AP). Moreover, you will be tasked with internal communication within AP, across IFP Hillerød and will act as advisor for the AP management regarding communication tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing effective internal communication activities

Creating business cases and presentations to enable decision-making

Collaborating with key stakeholders to align the AP strategy and objectives with the company strategy

Monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic initiatives and reporting to AP management

Creating and distributing internal communications materials to keep employees informed and engaged
