Do you want to use and develop your skills within project management to shape the development of future aseptic production facilities in a large global pharmaceutical company? Does international collaboration across boundaries excite you? If yes, you might be the Project Manager we are looking for in our global Fill & Finish Expansions project!

The position As Project Manager in aseptic production, you will be a key player in managing and coordinating our activities across two functional areas: The Environmental monitoring area (EM) and a cross-functional GMP area, both located within the Technology Standards department of Fill & Finish Expansions. Our team is made up of highly competent professionals and specialists, who are designing the working procedures for our new facilities. The team collaborates with several stakeholders across global sites in Europe, USA, China, and Brazil. We focus on having a fun and including team spirit, where curiosity drives us to learn every day. Your key tasks will be:

Planning of activities for the team’s deliverables (incl. time schedules)

Ensuring communication to global sites, and stakeholder involvement

Facilitation of workshops and meetings to drive alignment and decisions

Managing interfaces between the team and other functional areas within the Fill & Finish expansions project
