The New RTSM project is working to introduce a New RTSM solution to replace/complement the existing RTSM solution.
I relation to this, the project is seeking assistance with the a.o. the following tasks:
- Write Change Request case
- Coordination of SOP updates
- Coordinate and drive creation of training materials
- Set up SharePoint information site
- End user communication
- ‘Road show’ planning
- Establish business continuity plan
- Follow up on project deliverables
- Graduates having Bachelor degree with relevant experience with good academic track records and grades.
- We expect the assistant to hold 2+ years of experience with IT projects.
- Experience in project management assistance with good Documentation skills along with multi-tasking ability.
- Experience with OCM. Strong cooperation and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills and effective stakeholder management of multiple verticals and sharing timely updates with project management.
