About the department
The GLP-1, CV & Outcomes project is part of Global Development. The team has 120 dedicated employees responsible for the development of a range of early to late stage drug projects within diabetes treatment and cardiovascular diseases.

The position
As Project Assistant you will be responsible for planning, optimising and tracking a range of project activities. You will join the project management team and work closely with the Project Vice President and the Global Project Team.

Your job function will be to support the project management in driving the project activities towards agreed goals. This involves tracking and coordinating the budgeting process and keeping the project plan updated. You will arrange project team meetings, information meetings and team events – including preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up on actions. Moreover, it will be your responsibility in collaboration with the Project Vice President to prepare material for upper management meetings, monthly project reports and communication material (e.g. slides, pre-reading and newsletters) and maintain the project communication platform.
