For a 10 month’s maternity cover, we are looking for a Business Process Specialist with Team Lead responsibility for our Business Process team in Operations Support. The team currently consists of 4 Process Developers working with business process development and 3 Management Assistants working within both management support and business processes.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for driving the Business Process Team while also being a Business Process Specialist with own development tasks towards the organisation. You will have the daily team lead responsibility including allocation of tasks and projects in the team as well as motivation and support of employees. As a Business Process Specialist you will develop, update and implement processes and management system documents within Operations and across MHI Vestas Offshore functions. You will take the lead in actively involving all relevant stakeholders in the process work. You will ensure that processes are aligned across the organisation, supporting the business strategy and complying with the HSE and Quality requirements.
